Doveina Serrano is a 6th generation Mexicana Indigena healer from Mexico. Doveina has been one herself and professional development for 15 years, and has been helping people with their healing and career goals for a decade. She has witnessed the need for BIPOC folx to have support in navigating both life and the workplace in a way that comes from having an understanding of having lived experience. Doveina has served as a leader, and hirer in her field, and has insider knowledge from recruiters, about the process of hiring. Doveina has completed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training, and learned how to competently and empathetically provide her service. She has even taught others to do the same. Doveina has curated a purpose driven life for herself, and has helped others do the same. 

Our Mission

Doveina Serrano, is a master’s level career coach who helps BIPOC folx maximize their way of operating in order to have a purposeful life, relationships, and  business/ career that is healthy and successful.  To help BIPOC professionals develop personally and professionally and become successful by healing their intergenerational trauma, and using strategies to operate with clarity- a purpose driven career or business.

How Process Works

An initial assessment will be done of the current status of the individual or organization. Next, finding clarity with identifying the specific goals or outcome. Next, developing a strategic plan to obtain that outcome or goal. Finally the implementation of the plan with the guidance of the coach.

Through clarity coaching, you get to know, who you are, who you help, and how to work and live with purpose. Living with integrity vs for external validation, others, or being compartmentalized. Implement your insights about your Self-Actualization into your daily life in the manner of speaking, habits. behaving and interaction with others.

Learn How to Navigate the Workspace as a BIPOC person.

Navigating the workspace as a BIPOC person can be difficult. It can be easy to feel macro or micro aggressions as your move through your work day, you may feel like an, ‘imposter’ especially for first generation folx, it can feel unsafe emotionally or physically at times depending on the nature of your work. Have someone to give you support, validate your experience, to help you ‘know’ that are are worthy, competent, and confident enough to handle the workspace, and find a way to live in accordance with your values, boundaries and purpose.

As a BIPOC person, we have generational traumas that are passed down to us. It can be difficult to shift out of the negative self talk of ‘not being enough.’ Each of our families and ethnic groups have a unique and compelling lineage that lives in us. It is possible to find a way to honor our ancestors, heal ourselves, have healthy boundaries and live in accordance with our purposeful career. Each one of you has a unique contribution to make to your own healing, others, your work, and to the world.
